Mixed Experience - Beautiful Rooms, Friendly Staff, but Disappointing Food
We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience overall. Let me start with the positives: the rooms were absolutely beautiful, and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. However, we cannot overlook the disappointing dining experience we had during our stay.
Based on the positive comments, my expectations on food were high. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be quite disastrous. The food lacked taste and care, leaving us unsatisfied. Most disappointingly, the majority of the dishes were served cold (even pizza or a cooked tomato) in junky pieces which was a major letdown.
During my checkout, I expressed my disappointment regarding the food, and the response I received from the hotel staff was surprising. They mentioned that the menu during my stay was the weekly "all from the oven" menu, which seemed ironic considering that approximately 90% of the food we were served was cold. I found this information concerning, as it indicated a lack of attention to detail and quality control in the kitchen

Uno dei resort più belli in provincia di Agrigento. Immerso nella natura, scelto per il giorno del mio matrimonio. Ho avuto la possibilità di prepararmi in una delle stanze e fare le foto nel cortile. Abbiamo poi passato la notte lì, e l'indomani gustato l'ottima colazione ed anche il pranzo. Qualità del cibo eccellente, scelta del menù semplice e ricercata, tutto rigorosamente bio e preparato dalla cuoca bravissima. Staff super gentile, preparato e all'altezza per un posto del genere. Camera, piscina, bagni e ristorante dalla pulizia eccellente. Torneremo!

Superbe endroit. Un hôtel magnifique, où l’on se sent totalement à la maison. Les repas : juste magiques !!! On a adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Wonderful location, excellent kitchen, the most beautiful swimming pool of Sicily, take one of the larger rooms!
We traveled to Sicily to learn about our ancestors and we left with a new family. What a gift! Thank you Fontes Episcopi for a perfect holiday that we will cherish forever.
