Jai passé 3 jours à cet agréable et confortable hôtel. J'aurais apprécié découvrir le petit déjeuner Sicilien soit avec le cornetto. Le jus d'orange frais serait un minimum pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Le service comme le personnel est extrêmement agréable, MERCI, à tous.

Had a wonderful stay here.
Comfortable room.Very quiet.
Nice area. There are several excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely. Angelo at reception was very kind to me and helped when me when my return flight was cancelled and I had to stay an extra two days.
Palermo is a beautiful city.
I hope to be lucky and return sometime.

This was the worst four-star hotel I've ever been to. The breakfast was poor and the staff didn't even say hello, but the worst was the Deluxe room, it smelled terrible and there was mold in the shower.
