It's a great street food place really close to the coast (where you can have a little picnic if they don't have any free tables left).
There was a line that they tried to control with a ticket system, but that could be improved a bit. Around 25 orders took more or less 35 minutes to complete.
Their selection is fine, a couple types of arancines (unfortunately they were out of pistachio), different sandwiches and some other dishes.
My favourites were the panini porchetta (that they completed with stayed onions) and the pane ca meausa. For 3 arancines and 3 sandwiches the EUR 12 I paid is completely reasonable.

Posto semplice e genuino, come pochi. Sono fiero e soddisfatto di aver mangiato qui il mio primo panino con la meusa: un'esperienza mistica, senza dubbio la prima di una lunga serie. Se non sei ancora stato alla friggitoria Chiluzzo, devi andarci subito. E se vuoi chiudere in bellezza, vai a farti una bella passeggiata sul lungo mare a pochi passi da lì.

La streetfood à l'italienne comme il faut. C'est bon, c'est simple, c'est copieux. Et pas cher du tout. Plutôt que de manger aux quelques tables dispersées sur le trottoir, emportez ça pour manger sur un banc sur la place, avec vue sur la Chiesa di Santa Teresa alla Kalsa.

Excellente street food à petit prix
Certainement l'un des meilleurs endroits pour goûter aux spécialités de cuisine de rue sicilienne. Cette petite échoppe propose un large choix d'arancine, sandwiches, beignets, croquettes et autres produits typiques de la région à des prix défiant toute concurrence (sandwich à partir de 1,50 €). La spécialité de la maison le sandwich crocchè et panelle est vraiment très bon. Il faut toutefois s'armer d'un peu de patience car Chiluzzo est victime de son succès et la file d'attente est parfois assez longue. Il serait toutefois dommage de passer à côté.
