Excellent

Though it is very expensive it worth every penny. Don't think of it as an hotel, but rather as an experience. You don't get there for a sleepover, you should stay the whole day, take the time to enjoy that special place.
The views are amazing: the rush of the wayer in the falls all around keep changing all the time, one can stare at them for hours. The walk through on the wooden track through the foerst is beautiful and tranquil.
The rooms are huge, good Wifi, wonderful views from the balcony, the bath, both inside the room and out in the balcony watching the falls are good.
The food cooked by a chef and is very tasty. You can get all the drinks you want including alcohol
But it is the service that makes it perfect, never have I enjoyed such a lovely service, everything is done fast and efficient, you hardly notice it, but things happen for your benefit all the time

Le daría 6 estrellas pero solo se pueden dar 5. Es la perla de Uganda. El lugar es increíble, rodeado de rápidos, con animales salvajes y un servicio de máxima calidad. Todo es maravilloso, pero sobre todo destacaría la amabilidad de la gente. Una experiencia inolvidable
