KIDEPO SAVANNAH LODGE

Das ist eine einfache Lodge mit kleinen Zelten und außen liegendem Bad. Da es nach außen offen und auch einsehbar ist, ist es nicht so angenehm, nachts dieToilette zu benutzen zumal das Bett kein eigenes Mückennetz hat. Das Waschbecken hat leider keinerlei Ablagen und liegt so unter dem Strohdach, dass man sich ständig den Kopf stösst und nicht aufrecht stehen kann. Der Spiegel ist 30 cm zu niedrig. Die Freiluft Duschen funktionieren gut. Aber :Das Zelt ist mit einem Strohdach überdacht, was viel besser ist als ein Blechdach und hat eine nette Terrasse. Abends und morgens wird man gebracht und abgeholt ,weil der Weg durch die grasenden Hippos doch recht abenteuerlich sein kann. Auch Elefanten gibt es. Nachts war es mir mit der dünnen Bettdecke zu kalt.
Das Restaurant ist in einem einfachen offenen Zelt untergebracht, ebenso die Lounge. Abends wird stimmungsvoll auf der Rasenfläche mit Petroleumlampen gedeckt. Das Frühstück hat als plus Käsescheiben und das Essen ist insgesamt überdurchschnittlich gut, abends 4 Gänge. Das Personal ist supernett und sehr fürsorglich.

Une belle maison principale, un bon service amical, des massages possibles, un beau jardin où les singes se défoulent et des tentes exceptionnellement bien conçues avec salles de bains. Malheureusement, le miroir est beaucoup trop bas. Malheureusement, le WiFi ne fonctionnait parfois pas pendant des heures. La nourriture est correcte. 15 min en voiture de Chimp trekking.

Bien situé, tout fonctionne comme espéré. Jardin magnifique. Leaflove Safari utilise le lodge pour des voyages pour trouver Pitta ou voir des chimpanzés.

Peter was not only knowledgeable, providing insider tips on the best safari routes, but he was also warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. His passion for his work, the Lodge, and the surrounding region was infectious, adding an extra layer of joy to our stay.

Good food, amazing staff and lodging for every budget and type. You can come here to stay in a lodge room, a ready tent or pitch your own tent. Very close to Queen Elizabeth, you hear hippos all night and they can even come graze next to your tent.
