The staff was very ignorant, as me and my friends went for fun but the staff like they wanted as to pay first for the food, drinks and swimming before even getting them … Very disappointed with the service!

Certainly better than previous visits!

Very disappointed that could not have cappuccino because "the barista was not there." Why can only ONE staff member operate coffee machine?

Initially menu looks expensive but portions are quite large. Last time my friend ordered fish fingers and chips, which she enjoyed.

Our waiter was attentive and helpful when we asked them to reduce volume of music. But really: is it necessary to play religious music? It seemed to get louder and we had to ask for it to be turned down, twice.

The gardens and pool are well maintained. Gym equipment looks new and extensive.

One of best hotels in the tourism city. It’s a traditional hotel but still competitive within the hotel industry. There rooms are very clean with great furniture and spacious rooms. Meals are the best as compared to any restaurant and hotels around Fort portal city. Service is great.
