Oh what a tonic! ????  After a game drive in the heat of the savannah, nothing beats sliding into the cool waters of the infinity swimming pool at @elephantplainslodge It's the perfect place to chill after an afternoon boat safari aboard the MV Kazinga. The lush planting around the lodge soothe... the lodge's lemon and lime filled gin and tonics are the ultimate cool-me-down (and seriously: the best cocktails I've ever had at a lodge in Uganda).

TripAdvisor "Travelers Choice" Elephant Plains Lodge has sensational views of Queen Elizabeth National Park, perched high above Lake Kikorongo and Lake George. Honestly, I'd stay here again just for the view ???? ... and the swimming pool... and the FANTASTIC food... and the wonderfully friendly staff... and and and...

I've been visiting Queen Elizabeth National Park for 15 years. It was great to be back in the bush for an inspiring week of exceptional sightings. Thanks to the team at Uganda Lodges for the lovely welcome and professional service throughout my stay.

This was my first time in Kasese, hadn't been to this place before only read about it in books and papers. My expectations were high, so I wasn't disappointed.

The team of staffs at the lodge gave me an experience that was therapeutic in nature, from receiving me to settling me in. The breakfast and meals, were all on point ????; if tomorrow wouldn't end, I would love to spend more time and days in this great serene and hospitable environment.

Our recent stay at Elephant Plains Lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda was a fantastic experience. The view over Lake George was stunning, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation.

The lodge's inviting main area perfectly blended comfort with the allure of the surrounding nature.The rooms are large and well-equipped.

The attentive service especially by Ms. Lillian and Mr.Arnold truly stood out, adding a personal touch to our stay.

The food was delicious, offering a variety of flavors and even a local food selection to enjoy. While a digital detox doesn`t harm, having internet boxes in the rooms could be a useful addition.

In short, Elephant Plains Lodge is a gem. With its beautiful views, comfortable spaces, and great service, it's a perfect choice for a memorable getaway. Highly recommended!
