The best place to camp in Biwindi!
6 mountain gorillas visited the camp in the morning, hanging out just 20m from the balcony! Absolutely incredible.
The staff are very kind and happy, the tent view was incredible, hot and strong showers were made available to campers and the food was delicious! I can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic location just inside the park gate and 200m from the UWA briefing centre. All moneys goes directly into the community, supporting the 11 villages in the area. Rooms and amenities are in a very rustic build and design which adds to the experience. The food is absolutely wonderful and served by enthusiastic staff. The only downside has been the inconsistent power supply, but you can consider that part of the experience. Cost us $160 USD full board for 2 per night.
