Loved the place , the rooms were on point, the service was so exotic given the love and hospitable levels of the staff

We had big problems with orders every day. the food did not come as we asked for. Meal delivery delays ranged from 30 to 50 minutes daily. We pointed it out several times, but it didn't help, hence the negative opinion.
