Amazing stay. Relaxing and delicious food. Elegantly decorated. Feels at home.

I'm so sorry I couldn't put more stars...
Pineapple guesthouse is a very cosy house with a lovely garden, an amazing and neat pool, a perfect living to chill and big rooms.
Food is very good, fresh, mostly with local products even though diner is a bit early.
Yet, we would have expected a much warmer service during our 3 nights stay. Communication with staff was sometimes quite poor (no answer about spa services or not, car transfer to a spa being offered without talking about the price before we left for the airport at 2 am, no follow up concerning an ants invasion in our toilets) and overall impersonal. No one told us goodbye or asked where we were coming from and we almost felt we were not very welcome, 1st time we experienced such feeling during our month traveling Uganda.
The receptionist was on a leave maybe this is the reason why connection wasn't as friendly as expected from a guesthouse.
We paid quite a high price for our room and in the end were a bit disappointed.
Anyway, go there, experience, enjoy and hopefully you will be luckier than we were!

A haven in Entebbe. I stayed in both K Hotels and Pineapple Guest House on this visit and I would pick Pineapple every time. Tranquil gardens, a lovely pool, beautifully furnished rooms. And the staff is the best. Nora is so lovely and was so kind with my daughter. She even gave her a book as a present. Frank was also so helpful. We can’t wait to come back

Its such a good place with good caring servants who are very friendly to the customers.
The place is well secured with security officers well trained to handle each and every situation.

The Pineapple Guest House staff are so incredibly friendly and welcoming and the guest house itself was really lovely. We stayed for 3 nights and had dinner at the guest house for 2 of the evenings. Sharon is a wonderful cook and we would highly recommend her cooking! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

2nd stay, love the pool and the beautiful garden, stayed at the cottage, the food is outstanding, great chef!

We stayed for one night each before and after our round trip through Uganda. Totally worth it! Lovely house and garden, super-friendly staff, nice room with a nice view, very good dinner. Only the breakfast was not too good (little in choice, but this seems to be the standard in all ugandan lodges).
