U will love the place

2Friends makes one feel like family! It's conviniently close to the airport. You can also relax at their bar side whilst viewing the lake

Nice place. Food looked good. We just had drinks. Beer 8000. Our friend ate and said it was above average prices, as was the beer. It's on the lakeside so you're paying for location.

2 Nächte hier verbracht. Na ja 4* Hotel - Afrika.
Das große Zimmer über dem Restaurantbereich hat seine besten Tage hinter sich und leider hört man, wenn es mit dem Frühstück losgeht, gegen 5.30 Uhr geht's in der Küche los - einzig die Aussicht auf den See ist Klasse. Der Aufpreis zu den kleinen Standardzimmern ist das aber nicht wert, finden wir, zumal die moderner sind.
Essen im Barbereich am See ist sehr schön, Service und Qualität waren gut.
Leider müssen wir uns eine Mageninfektion zugezogen haben, im Coktail waren Eiswürfel, unser Fehler, trotzdem sollte soetwas nicht passieren. Gott sei Dank, war es nur 1 Tag und wurde nicht schlimmer.
Der Pool ist nett, aber die Bilder aus den Netz, sagen wir, sind sehr vorteilhaft gemacht. Zum Abkühlen, aber völlig ausreichend, hat hier ja nicht jedes Hotel.

The rooms are nice size, they have mosquito nets. Our only problem was the water pressure, it was literally non-existent, barely a trickle of water.
We forgot our phone chargers in the room, but they kept it for us to get it later.
The breakfast is basic, if you are vegan there is not much you can find besides fruits, avo and toast. There isn't any cut of veggies (although later we saw that it's not the norm anywhere).
Lake Victoria is right at the back of the hotel, it's worth to walk down there to have a look. Not to swim as we we told that the lake has bilharzia.
I'm sorry to hear about the water pressure issue. We have a pressure pump that should keep the pressure up in all rooms. Of course there always can be isolated incidents, but the last one that was reported was many months back and sorted within minutes by the staff.
About the breakfast, as you are a guest and becomes a friend you should not hesitate if you're missing something and I'm sure we can help you.
Thanks for your review, it's great that any issues comes to our knowledge, but please as well report directly, we have reception service 24/7.
