Overall very good experience, nice design and staff is very helpful.

Big deception came from the senior management who seems to ignore best practices for dealing with complaints...irrespective of who is right or not.

Some areas for improvement/advice to next customers:
Ask for a room in the the extension building opposite to the reception, they are larger, more recent and don't smell humidity especially during rainy season.

Avoid the laundry service, they tend to lose clothes as no tags are put on the clothes. No one will apologize nor offer any compensation whatsoever.

Stayed here in March for 3 nights.

Spacious rooms, boutique design, convenient location and friendly staff. Just wish breakfast had a bit more options.

They have 2 wings at this hotel. I got the old wing which had dirty tap water and the lighting in the room was horrible. Only after threatening to check out did I get a better room which I had been informed earlier were fully booked. I got racist vybes the entire time. Would not want to experience the place ever again.
