BEWARE OF EXTRA CHARGES! I booked a couples massage at the Spa online and paid through their online service. Upon arrival, the manager demanded that I paid for the service again in person. I am now left with two charges for the same massage package. They haven’t contacted me back for my dispute and I can’t believe a reputable hotel would steal from their customers.

It is indeed regrettable you were charged twice for the same massage an issue that is being followed up by management. The online payment did not reflected on our side at the time of your departure thus had to be charged again. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and tasked our staff to be more careful before charging guests that have already presented proof of payment so as to avoid double charging. We would like to assure you that the issue was escalated to online payment services for a refund and feedback will be shared by Maisha Manager on when the amount will be credited to your account. Incase of further information, please do not hesitate to reach Deogratius Birahwa the Maisha Manager on +256 751 705 584.
We hope that you will give us another chance to serve you better.
