A very good hotel based in near down town Kampala, having good access to almost all parts of the city. The rooms are good and cosy, the food good and service great. The location is the best.

Disrepair is evident lack of diligence in the leadership. Tattered linen, curtain would not close, fridge broken. And this was in a junior suite! The real surprise was the nonchalant response from the GM making a lazy offer of a free meal and "good service". What a poor un-service minded response to an unhappy Platinum Elite Member of Marriot. Real spit in the face. I was horrified and checked out after one night.
