I loved the complimentary drinks, snacks, and fruits in the room. And they were all Ugandan products, that is cool.

*Staff at the reception (front desk) are not friendly at all, not welcoming, the first face you meet when you arrive is frowning.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
*Room needs a lot of renovation, very old furniture.
*The pictures shows a bidet in toilet, but this is not true.
*Food in breakfast is so limited and repetitive, after few days you will be bored, also not tasty.
*pastries and bakeries are ????????
*The noise at night is unbearable
*House keeping will keep the balcony open a lot, insects and reptile will surely enter your room, specially if your room is close to trees and lake.
*House keeping will enter your room casually when you are in it! without putting the "make my room" sign!
THEY NEVER APOLOGISE FOR THEIR MISTAKES!
I will never come here again and will never recommend it to anyone.
