Me queje y lo unico que hicieron ,era decirme que es lo que habia me he quedado muy decpecionado del hotel porque ya habia ido anteriormente y no fue igual ,asi que es un hotel que no recomiendo
The room is nice but they have this weird super bright LED over the door, so if you are sensitive to sleeping with lights on this will bother you. Location is great, super central, walkable, but if you plan to park onsite call ahead or find a nearby lot that is actually on Google Maps. Some of the rooms require opening multiple doors and walking through hallways that lead to the staircase, the design of this property is very strange.
Other weird things onsite, like garbage left in the elevator by cleaning staff going up and down for an hour, I rode it twice as I was popping in and out while shopping. They have a sauna onsite which is nice, so the hotel is not all bad but the parking situation and poor customer service ruined it for me. I would not stay here again.
