NO SE PUEDE CONTROLAR LA TEMPERATURA DE LA HABITACION. EN DIAS DE CALOR, SI ES INVIERNO, SOLO FUNCIONA LA CALDERA; NO SE PUEDE DESCONECTAR.

The hotel is well located, and the ladies at reception try really hard and are friendly (although lots of interns).
The rooms were extremely hot, and the hotel did not allow anyone to use the air conditioning !!! They said it was policy in winter. But the rooms were very hot, super uncomfortable.
The water in the shower was not steady warm. Kept on switching was warm to cold, and hardly any pressure.
The WiFi is virtually non-existent. If you need it, you will be in trouble. Either does not connect, or when it does doesn’t last for long and anyways, you cannot download or upload anything. Really bad
Breakfast is poor.
Rooms very small.
Overall a really bad experience, fortunately we only stayed for 2 nights.
Kuddos to the reception staff, they really try but it is obvious that there is nothing really that they can do.

Would not stay at this hotel again.The room was tiny even by European standards. There was no ac or ventilation, not even a fan in the washroom. The internet was slow and spotty. The only positive was the location… close to the historic centre.

Location is in the main area. Walk to alhambra is long but not impossible. Room was quite spacious especially with city view. However, the breakfast is really not worth it 14euro with less option available compared to a school canteen
