Disappointing. Our room was small, poorly furnished and smelled of disinfectant. The anti-room we had to walk through to get to our room turned out to be the cleaning staff's storage room. Ironically, the lone window in the room needed cleaning. We turned off the radiators in the room as it was 25 C outside. The room had a heat pump unit, but only the fan worked – it would not cool the room. Breakfast was on par with Hampton Inn. A classic tourist trap except for the staff – they were great.

Room a bit small (duplex) for 4 people. One bathroom with one toilet is crowdy, but it was nice and clean

Un sitio estupendo. Nos trataron fenomenal. Todo está acorde a su precio, limpio, desayuno, trato, etc.
Recomendable.
Además para visitar la ciudad está ubicado perfectamente.

This was the perfect location for the Semana Santa processions, and a great location to be near all the attractions within walking distance. The reception was friendly, and was nice to stay in a historic hotel - that said, be prepared for the historic (old) nature of the building. Overall pleased with the experience.
