Nicely renovated hotel in the heart of Grenada. Room, roof top and spa all very good. Decent staff and the food in the hotel restaurant was very nice, albeit it lacked a bit of atmosphere given its overpriced compared to other restaurants in the city.

직원분들 친절하고 관광지와 맛집도 지도보면서 추천해주심. 위치가 최고임. 대성당, 알바이신지구, 알함브라 전부 걸어다님. 바로 뒷골목이 타파스투어로 유명한 골목. 지하에 있는 스파는 먼저 쓰는 사람이 임자이니 유용하게 쓰시길 바람. 온수풀이어서 좋았음. 앞으로 그라나다에 오면 꼭 여기서만 머물 예정. 조식도 좋았음. 당일 이용하면 인당 25유로로 좀 비싼편이니 꼭 예약할 때 조식포함으로 하시길 추천함.

After an exhausting business trip and being the sole trip planner, I was welcomed in to the hotel’s sitting room with hot towels and water. Francisco helped us check in and extensively provided recommendations on the key streets, restaurants and landmarks. Because of him, I felt like I was able to have a relaxing experience in Granada.

The service was paramount with every staff greeting you with smiles. Every detail was accounted for— whether it was the comprehensive room amenities, numerous bars, and the interior design (a former bank transformed into a relaxing oasis).

If I have a future trip in Europe, I’m definitely coming back for a solo weekend getaway to enjoy all of the amenities.

Fabulous four-night stay in a beautifully restored hotel (formerly a bank) in an unbeatable location just opposite the Cathedral of Granada. Our deluxe room with balcony is compact with a comfortable bed and a balcony that can oversee a corner of the Cathedral. For the best view though, go to the rooftop bar with views of both the cathedral and a part of the Alhambra. Breakfast is served at El Patio, a magnificent room in the centre of the hotel with an amazing glass ceiling. The hotel also has a gym, a hammam and a sauna room, perfect for relaxation though the facilities may get crowded at times. Other than a miscommunication with the laundry, the whole team at the hotel is fabulous delivering excellent service. Their enthusiasm for helping guests is what makes this place tick. Special thanks to Irene and Belen for helping us celebrate my husband’s birthday on Valentine’s Day and to Alexia for helping us book restaurants and a good flamenco ???? show at Venta de Gallo. We will gladly return for another stay on our next visit to Granada.

We'd made a reservation on Jan 13th for a 2 night stay for early March 2024 - availability was shown on Google and the Barcelo website (we have 3 other Barcelo property reservations). We got a call today from Alexia saying that the availability was shown in error and they canceled our reservation. I guess they made a large group booking and/or higher priced reservation and chose to cancel our reservation instead. Very disappointing.

A destacar sin duda el personal del hotel, muy profesionales, agradables, detallistas y simpáticos... de 10, sin duda volvería a alojarme en este hotel.
Las instalaciones son maravillosas y la ubicación inmejorable.
Y lo más bonito, la terraza con vistas a la Catedral y a la Alhambra en el atardecer.

Hotel fabuloso por su ubicación, su personal y servicio, su marco y ambientación en este edificio con historia y rehabilitado con un gusto exquisito.

En concreto, la Suite es absolutamente recomendable!
