CASA CUESTA DEL AGUA - APARTAMENTOS SUITES ^{* *}

La experiencia está siendo estupenda. El apartamento inmejorable, limpio, acogedor y hasta con terraza privada, no se puede pedir más. El desayuno excelente. Si vuelvo a Granada me alojare aquí de nuevo.

My wife and I stayed here a week ago and unfortunately one of the employees really made our stay much worse than it should have been. This apartment is in a very good location just off the main road by Plaza Nueva so the location is great however taxis cannot pull right up to the hotel. You will have to carry your luggage a decent ways to get to the apartment. Unfortunately our taxi driver from the train station did not even know the closest road so he dropped us off a long way from the apartment and we had to carry our heavy luggage through very rough streets for quite a ways just to get there. The door on the outside is not even clearly marked with the name of the place so we were very confused if we were even at the right spot. You have to hit a buzzer by the door and then they will buzz you in. The lady at the front desk when we first got there was very friendly and helpful and since we were too early she allowed us to put our luggage in storage until we came back later. The place looked beautiful in the lobby. Unfortunately when we came back later that evening to get our luggage and get into our room there was a new guy at the front desk who first told us he couldn't even find our names even though we told him the room number the lady told us we would be staying in. He kept insisting we were not in the system. Finally after several minutes of arguing he finally found us and apologized. He then tried to take us to get our luggage but could not find the key to unlock the door luggage was in. He had to call somebody who finally told him where the key was. He also then tried to insist we should already have the key for the room which we told him we did not have because we were too early. It is all way too much to explain on here but in the end he was wrong about numerous things and when we finally got in our room we were so annoyed at the whole situation. This guy was clueless. He even tried to act like the key situation was our fault. The room was okay but the bed is the worst I've ever slept on. It feels 30 years old and literally it's like sleeping on a board. There was no cushion whatsoever. You could feel the springs and it felt rock hard to lay on. No exaggeration. This should not qualify as a bed! Our second night we asked if there was anything they could put on the bed to make it softer and they did find a mattress topper that they put on it for us which helped but it wasn't very thick so it was still a pretty uncomfortable bed but at least it had a small amount of cushion this time. The morning we left for the train station that same guy was working the front desk who once again gave us incorrect information. The lady the night before told us she could call a taxi for us to pick us up at Plaza Nueva. He then tried to tell us differently that if we needed picked up over there that there would be plenty of taxis already over there and all we had to do was walk to Plaza Nueva and there would be taxis to take us. We walk with our heavy luggage all the way over there to find it empty with no taxis anywhere. I had to sprint back to the hotel leaving my wife there with the luggage to chew him out and tell him to call a taxi which he finally did then I ran back and a taxi was there within 3 minutes. This guy ruined our stay completely and he needs to be trained better. Everything he told us during our stay was wrong. The two ladies we dealt with however were great.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal. Il y a toutefois plusieurs sujets à revoir.
Il n'y a pas de vue sur la veille ville deGrenade alors que cette information est mentionnée dans l'annonce Booking.
Sur l'état de l'appartement, celui ci était sale : cheveux au sol, poils dans la douche. Le fauteuil était également très sale avec des tâches. L'isolation phonique est inexistante.

Appartement bien situé au centre ville dans les petites rues loin du bruit de la rue, appartement bien arrangé dans les anciennes maisons d’époque.
Le patin de l’entrée très agréable.

I wish I could give this place five stars- the location was amazing, the patio was beautiful, and the apartment was spacious and a good value. HOWEVER, the bed was hard. Like really hard. It kept us from getting good sleep and eventually affected our overall experience.
