Mi habitación con vista a la playa y el desayuno muy correcto...sin pegas el tener que repetir si visitó Torremolinos ????????????

We hadden een kamer op de begane grond, opgesloten buitenruimte, niet fijn, vlakbij entree, heel gehorig vooral snachts, ontbijt netjes en verzorgd

Stayed for 2 nights,felt very relaxed at the hotel especially with a bright and cheerful reception from the lady on the desk as we checked in.Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold foods.I ate the typical English breakfast,cereal,toast,eggs,bacon etc.My wife chose smoked salmon with a variety of cheeses and quality fruit,all food was replenished when needed.We ate in a part of the restaurant which I believe some guests were not aware of,a glass fronted dining room overlooking the promenade and the sea with beautiful views of the sunrise,absolutely brilliant! Our room was spacious,clean,great bathroom and balcony,huge TV with a massive selection of UK channels and a very efficient fridge.The hotel is a good example of a 4 star.We could have used the free spa but chose to spend our stay enjoying the late autumn sun.Some guests have mentioned old and dated decor,we found the room more than adequate,the theme is after all "Tropical".The bar area was permanently closed but we could have used the one next door in the sister hotel the 4 star MS Amaragua.The swimming pool was open but we chose to use the larger pool in the Amaragua.
The only negative was the evening meal served in the Amaragua.Incredibly opulent entrance and reception area gave us high expectations,escalator into the restaurant showing a bright and roomy area.The starter,huge mixed salad was great,it was 4 star.The main course was where it fell apart,many options were missing from the servery with little effort to replenish.Worse was all the hot food was at best luke warm.A low 3 star for this course.Dessert was abysmal,all the items ended up in a small heap on 1 small chilled section,ice cream and a tiny selection of chilled cake,no creams,all the fresh fruit had gone,we were not late diners! Stay here again,YES,but forget the evening meal!

El personal super agradable , la habitación que me tocó a mi un poco antigua con las camas y mo había enchufes pero me lo arreglaron de momento colocándonos alargaderas

Really enjoyed our stay - the location is perfect - almost directly on the beach. Great facilities- pool, gym Spa. My only criticism was that I asked to bring a coffee from the breakfast area to my room and was told very sternly!!! that I could it 'just this once' and not tomorrow. And no coffee/tea in the room. Apart from this the hotel is very good. Breakfast is also included.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego hotelu, unikajcie go, w tej lokalizacji znajdziecie lepszy standard,

Meer dan basiscomfort maar beetje verouderd (niet modern). Wel vriendelijk onthaal, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, zwembad, ligstoelen, vlakbij het strand. Veel eetgelegenheden in de directe buurt. Gezellig winkelen.

El hotel es antiguo pero está todo bien, y comparte todo con amaragua, un hotel muy moderno, del cual se puede disfrutar. Mi agradecimiento a los camareros, Cristian y la señora rubia, encantadores y agradables, todo un diez para mí, sobre todo el personal. El restaurante que da al mar, se come expendido y barato, de verdad

No contestan nunca el teléfono, llevo llamando todo el día y no hay caso. Pésimo servicio, necesito información importante pero no contestan ni el teléfono ni los mensajes

Las piscinas bastante bien pero es ruidoso y antiguo.
La comida variada.

El hotel es un poco antiguo, algunas zonas las tienen cerradas (que en la pág web podían quitar las fotos o ponerlo) ya que tu te crees que es un pedazo de hotel y luego ves que está en las ultimas...
Lo único que está bien del hotel es la ubicación estás en primera línea de playa, la habitación triple perfecta con terraza, super limpia.
Comida o cena y desayuno bien hay de todo.
La atención de los trabajadores en algunos podían ser más simpáticos ya que estás cara al público.
La piscina está bien lo único que se cuela adolescentes que no son del hotel eso no me gustó nada...
La calidad y precio está bien, es tranquilo y está en la primera línea de playa y del paseo marítimo.

En general perfecto,

Imposible descansar en este hotel ni a 1km a la redonda, ponen la música a tope desde las 8.30h de la mañana hasta las 12 de la noche. Madrugar todos los días estando de vacaciones por culpa del que abre el chiringuito me pone de los nervios. Es un hotel donde debería primar el confort y descanso, pero en lugar de eso creen tener una discoteca. Lo único bueno es el personal y su privilegiada ubicación.

Pasamos unos días maravillosos, los trabajadores un encanto. Destacaría a Nico, animador, que era un 10.
El único pero que le vi al hotel fue que para poder tener hamaca en la piscina tenía que levantarme temprano y dejar las toallas encima para reservarlas ya que el primer día hasta las 6 de la tarde no conseguí ninguna.
Aún así volvería.
