HOTEL EL POZO ^{* * *}

Where do I even start.... There's too many issues. A chair left in my room had a broken leg, thankfully I put my backpack on it and didn't sit. When told the concierge she was not apologetic, only said I can't do anything, this is how it is. I asked if she could replace it, she said she couldn't. I saw a bench outside and told her I'll take that to replace it, she said okay then take it!
There wasn't enough light in the room. The decor was old (which is okay) but also broken closet. Bathroom was the worst... Broken bath tub, bugs in the bathroom... Moving from inside the toilet to everywhere else (including towels). There was window in the bathroom with no window covering.... I was in the highest floor of the hotel but there was a tall apartment building across from my bathroom.. so if I turned on the light at night in the bathroom, anyone on their balcony would be able to see inside. Also shower alignment... The stand for showerhead was placed on the long end of the bathtub... So when I placed the showerhead in the stand (which one would normally do to take a shower handsfree) the water would go outside the bathtub into the floor of the bathroom... Bypassing me altogether coz it was on the short end. See attached pictures to understand better! Even the don't disturb/clean my room' sign is so beat up... Usually they are disposable.

No hay agua caliente.

Limpieza y atención muy bien. Hotel en todo el centro al lado del paseo. Me ha gustado... repetiré

No hot water. The rooms are nothing like as the booking shows. Kakalags on the floor. Dont use this place
