HOTEL BALI ^{* * *}

Muy buen hotel, sobretodo la animación de por las noches hecha por Jota y Andrés, muy majos y divertidos.????????????????

My family and I partially enjoyed our stay at this hotel but there were some exceptions. For a start the staff are polite and professional. The waiting staff in the restaurant are extremely hard working and friendly and the reception staff professional.
There was a limited variety of food, and the quality we thought was poor. The prepared foods in sauces at dinner time were over salted
and the desserts were tasteless and bland tasting only of sugar.
Our family room, ( Which did not have enough storage space) was a non smoking room but there were smokers on either side of our balcony making it impossible to sit outside or have our balcony doors open. The air conditioning blew only hot air so we quickly became overheated. When we spoke to reception about this we were told, that the law is you can't smoke in the hotel but you can in an open area which includes balconies and pool/ playing areas. We were disappointed with the response and suffered the rest of our holiday unable to go out onto the balcony trying to cope with the heat inside.
Activities during the day aren't advertised well or at all. We didn't have any idea of what activity was on during the day and from our time spent by the pool I didn't see any poolside activities such as water polo or aquafit etc.
The hotel is in a good location for catching buses and walking to the beach and shops but there are issues here which are insurmountable for us. I believe the standard is more of a 2 star rather than a 3 star. We shall not be returning or recommending this hotel.
