Una elección magnífica por precio, ubicación, instalaciones y trato. En pleno centro histórico de Marbella (a 50 metros del Ayuntamiento) y a unos 200 metros dela playa. Las instalaciones se ven reformadas hace muy poco, destacando el baño. Todo muy acogedor, destacando el trato amable y cercano de los trabajadores del lugar, con recepción abierta 24 horas.
Absolutamente recomendable.

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Marbella. Tolle zweckmäßige Zimmer, ein unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Team und alles Sehenswerte dieses Stadtteils ist fußläufig erreichbar. Fue un placer para nosotros. Nos vemos la próxima vez.????

We booked and payed on line but on check in the manager was violence and forced us to pay more money or he will not give us our room and refused to give us our money back
and he attacked my children we spoke and failed to the authority but nothing done the manager was abusive and racist

Hostal muy bien ubicado en una calle peatonal y aproximadamente a 150 metros, o menos, de la playa. El trato por parte del personal es excepcional. La limpieza, tanto en áreas comunes como habitacionales es excelente. La habitación, que tenía vista a la calle, era adecuada para mi estancia, muy iluminada, limpia, nueva y agradable. Limpieza diaria y cambio de toallas y ropa de cama a solicitud. Volvería a hospedarme aquí de regresar a Marbella. Lo único que se pudiera incluir para mejorar aun el servicio seria un pequeño refrigerador o minibar.

Lugar perfecto desde el que descubrir Marbella: está situado a dos pasos del centro,las habitaciones están genial y son muy limpias, tienen aire acondicionado, consigna... El trato en recepción fue definitivamente lo mejor del hostal; fueron super amables todo el rato y nos ayudaron con buses, taxis, recomendaciones de sitios... Recomiendo muchísimo!

Sin duda, el Hostal Enriqueta fue de lo mejor para pasar estas vacaciones en Marbella. A pesar del calor, con el aire acondicionado y el ventilador de techo, dormimos todos los días sin problema. No se escuchan ruidos de fuera y, además, todos los días teníamos la habitación limpia y con repuesto de toallas y geles. Destacar la amabilidad de los trabajadores, los cuales nos han recomendado muy buenos sitios para comer, aparcar el coche o mismo sitios que visitar.

اخذ مبلغ مضاعف مرتين لأننا سعوديات وكان يغلط ويسب بالانجليزي والاسباني بعد اخذ الفلوس ورفض يرجعها وحاول يطردنا بعد مااخذ الفلوس مضاعفه بحجه انه لا يوجد قانون لاسترجاع الفلوس المسروقه

Me alojé en el hostal por trabajo durante 3 noches, en mi caso tuve la habitación en la planta baja. Son muy simples, pero totalmente limpias con el mobiliario algo estropeado.
Quiero destacar principalmente la atención por parte de Juanan, gracias por recomendarme sitios cercanos tanto para aparcar como para cenar; se nota que le gusta su trabajo y sobre todo la atención al cliente.

Efectivamente me habia equivocado de hotel al momento de hacer la reseña. El hotel está muy bien!. La habitación daba a la calle, asi que si tienes las ventanas abiertas tienes todo el movimento de las mesas que hay afuera. Si cierras no se siente nada. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena.
