Location is very good, within walking distance to Historical centre, Marina, all main attractions etc.. Room size is ok, bit on the small size but for the price it is good enough. Relatively clean and decent power shower with good functioning ac and a mini fridge. Staff were friendly enough ans kindly let us store our bags and change before we had to leave for the airport. Main issue is the walls are all paper thin, you can hear the people in the room next to you and there were some people coming in quite late and very very loud all the nights that we were there slamming the doors. There is also a musky damp smell upon entering the building and rooms are a little stuffy but overall we were happy with our stay.

The location is great with walking distance to Plaza de la Constitucion as well as the beach Playa de la Malagueta. Great access to Centro Historico. On the minus side the door to the room has not been soundproofed quite well and you can hear people walking there but it wasn't such a big problem. Overall a great place.

Jag har svårt att rekommendera hotellet utifrån nedan ämnade punkter, min bedömning baseras på priset under april månad som var 2 gångar dyrare än vanliga priser! däremot ska jag nämna att killen som jobbade i receptionen var mycket trevligt

1. Läge:
- Tillgänglighet till attraktioner, transporter och bekvämligheter i närheten.
Acceptabelt läge, men kanske inte idealiskt.

2. Service:
- Kvaliteten på kundtjänsten och personalens professionella bemötande.
Utmärkt service och hjälpsam personal.

3. Rumskvalitet:
- Renlighet, storlek och bekvämlighet i rummen.
Acceptabla rum, men vissa brister kan finnas.

4. Mat och dryck:
- Kvaliteten på restauranger, barer och room service ej provat

5. Faciliteter:
- Tillgång till pool, gym, spa och andra rekreationsoch avkopplingsområden.
Hotellet är nära stranden

6. Valuta för pengarna:
- Pris i förhållande till den totala upplevelsen och bekvämligheterna.
Dyrt för den tillhandahållna servicen och bekvämligheterna.

7. Renlighet:
- Allmän renlighet och underhåll av hotellet.
Acceptabel renlighet, men vissa brister kan finnas.

8. Säkerhet:
Säkerhetsåtgärder och trygghet för gästerna. Goda säkerhetsåtgärder och trygg miljö.

The staff is very gentle. Great location. There are many bars and restaurants around. Not big markets but small shops from Chinese people where you can buy whatever you need to survive after midnight. For one night only it is the perfect hotel because it is cheap. A good relationship between quality and price. But to stay longer it is better to find another offer because the rooms are very small. Very good mattress. The standard room is very small. There are rooms with a balcony with a nice view, but those rooms are more expensive.

I also can't get used to the fact that in Europe it is very common you have hotels on a floor of a living building. In Brazil, all the hotels are the whole building OR a whole house. And not just a floor. This kind of makes me feel suffocated.

Hola Manuel, gracias por su contestación. Yo estuve hospedado con vosotros en Octubre de 2017, pero yo hay echo la reseña en 2021 cuando vosotros estaban cerrados. Justamente porque durante una pandemia no teníamos mucho lo que hacer. No te preocupas que yo siempre estoy seguro de las reseñas que hago porque tengo buena naturaleza. No lo hago reseñas falsas. Así que refirmo me comentario y firmo abajo. Saludos!

Destaco sobre todo la amabilidad del personal y la ubicación. A unos diez minutos andando tanto de la calle Larios cómo del paseo marítimo. Excelente para pasar unos días y visitar la ciudad.

Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación. La habitación no es grande debido a lo que te cuesta por noche y tiene un extraño olor a rancio. Respecto al control, el día que fuimos a desalojar el hotel nos querían cargar bebidas que no habíamos tomado. No lo recomiendo como primera opción de hotel.

Hotel a 2 stelle, superiore alle aspettative, situato all'8° piano di un palazzo.
Struttura pulita e personale gentilissimo. Stanza un po' piccola ma dotata dell'essenziale (oltre ad asciugacapelli e cassaforte, era presente anche un comodo frigobar).
Posizione ottima, a 2 passi dal lungomare (Palmeral de Las Sorpresas) a 5 minuti dal centro di Malaga (Calle Larios e Cattedrale di Malaga).
Hotel consigliato per chi cerca una sistemazione senza grandi pretese.

Lo único bueno de este lugar es la ubicación, de lo demás está fatal. El acceso es cargando tu maleta, porqué el elevador no te lleva hasta las habitaciones, no apto para equipaje pesado, personas con lumbago y otros dolores. En general el hotel es estrecho, las habitaciones pequeñas, los pasillos que parecen laberintos y ni hablemos del ruido, abrir o cerrar una puerta se escucha en todos lados, puedes escuchar lo que pasa en el cuarto de tu vecino, para descansar ni lo pienses, busca otra opción.

Nos alojamos el Jueves 15 de junio. La ubicación excelente.
La habitación y la cama bien, pero de poco nos sirvió, no hay quien duerma, mucho ruido se oye todo, para entrar en el hotel no te dan llave hay que llamar al portero que le tienen conectado a un timbre arriba que no dejo de sonar en toda la noche. OBSOLETO. A la 2 de la mañana llego gente acompañada por el recepcionista para alojarse y eso parecia la feria de Málaga, en fin, podria seguir. No lo recomiendo, lo sucedido es ta como se describe.

Me gustó todo. Es un hotel sencillo, ubicado en un piso 8, la recepción funciona las 24 horas. Con toda la comodidad necesaria. Habitación amplia. Camas cómodas, ropa de cama, almohadas y toallas impecables. Aire acondicionado. Frigobar. Baño completo, buena presión de agua. Tiene opción de desayuno, , con café Nespresso, croissant, fiambres, cereales. Todo el personal es excelente. El precio es muy accesible.

Muy buena ubicación. Amabilidad en el trato y buena disposición a solucionar problemas. Pedí cambiar de habitación por el ruido y al día siguiente, me cambié, aunque no valió para nada: seguía oyendo el mismo ruido.
El aislamiento acústico es bastante deficiente, problema muy común desgraciadamente.

They have some problems with the sewage system because the bathroom always smelled bad.
The breakfast is super bad and some of the products are even expired. You can just buy the coffee.
Also the whole night you can hear noises from some kind of machines(loud buzzing, hunming)
The location is nice but be careful not to be locked out if you arrive late back at the hotel

Posizione ottima, pulito e personale gentilissimo. Stanza un po' piccola ma essenziale. All'8° piano di un palazzo. Lo consiglio per chi cerca una sistemazione senza grandi pretese. Ps. Il numero civico non è il 9 ma il 3
