Terrible experience - this hotel is extremely noisy you will have the nightclub upstairs playing music all day and late night long very loud and you can hear every single noise from stairs and elevators. This place is very misleading it does not deserve at all their stars. The room is so tiny and it smells in the room and the building because there is no air as it is in a old building. There are tons of other hotels with great location. We spent 3 nights spending almost 600 pounds absolute rip off. We did complain various times about the noises…

Excelente hotel por calidad en atención, ubicación y tambien por instalaciones en general, simplemente excepcional

Le repas avait bien commencé puis personne n’est venu nous voir pour savoir si on voulait un dessert ou autre chose. La réduction de -30% grâce à la fourchette n’avait pas été appliquée.
The hotel appears torn between maximizing room rates and the rooftop bar income. The current struggle compromises the guest experience. And based on my experience it appears they are prioritising the bar over the hotel customers.
