Fiquei com a minha família por 7 dias no hotel e consegui ter uma boa noção … a primeira é que não se encaixa em um hotel de luxo , o café da manhã é caro e servido em um porão sem janela, sem nenhuma atmosfera… feio ! As funcionárias que servem o café são gentil . A segunda que o bar é sempre sem ninguem e também nao é um lugar bonito e agradável . O hotel não tem nenhuma aérea aconchegante para se desfrutar de um café ou apenas sentar ler um livro . Os quarto que eu fiquei era um dos mais caros e deixou muito a desejar , empoeirado , o banheiro escuro e sem janela e com aspecto de sujo com uma divisora pobre de vidro . A localização também é isolada da área mais central . Não vale o valor , os funcionários da recepção são agradáveis e educados . Em especial um que sempre estava disposto a resolver tudo . A área da piscina é pequena ,e sem serviço de bar … se tu queres tomar um drink você mesmo precisa ir no restaurante.. não tem serviço de um hotel bem preparado para hóspede. Fim de semana que tinha sol e eu poderia aproveitar um sol no sofá teve uma festa de aniversário no hotel tirando toda a privacidade dos hóspedes . Enfim, não se iluda por fotos e pesquise bem antes de reservar ! Eu me enganei por fotos .

My wife and I received a very warm and friendly welcome on arrival at the hotel. Our room overlooked the courtyard with sun pouring in but close to the lift and noisy with the cleaner's trolleys moving across courtyard and inside the corridors.in the morning. However, the bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. As the weather was good, it was very nice to be able to go up to the roof terrace to enjoy sunshine and spectacular views. Breakfast was OK but expensive at €38 each -would be good to have a slimmed down breakfast ie pot of coffee and croissant/pastry. In the main the staff were very nice and helpful but not enough serving in the bar, We would absolutely stay again. Location is great on a very quiet street. Mike and Gabrielle

Stellar hotel in a great location near the Centro of Sevilla. I loved the location, which made it really easy to get to all of the main attractions on foot. The hotel itself is really beautiful and historic, but the rooms have all of the modern upgrades that you want in a 5 start hotel. I was also impressed by all of the staff - top notch service and incredibly helpful! I'll definitely be back!
