We spend 4 days in the hotel. Everything was great. Service, room, location . Breakfast very good with the best service. Absolutely great.

Certainly a high quality hotel. The staff were all very professional and courteous. The location is fantastic as we love walking around old town Seville. Unlike some reviews online, our room had a totally normal layout and was quite comfortable: the curtains made the room very dark, the bed was comfy & the thermostat could handle switching between AC and heat just fine.

We enjoyed one sunset on the terrace and one evening in the spa area. Both are lovely and helped justify the higher price of the hotel.

We did not have any meals at the hotel. Note: the hotel offers an airport transfer service that is very overpriced at 80 euros per journey - the standard cab rate is less than half of that.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Palacio de Villapanes. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Europe and the US and this hotel was the best! The palace is beautifully restored and immaculately clean, but what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. Shout out to Jose who answered all of our questions, and made our stay such a great experience. We can;t wait to return to Seville and will definitely stay at hotel Palacio de Villapanes!!
