This is a historical building converted into a quality hotel. Don’t expect swimming pooland cocktail bars but you won’t be disappointed. Spent three nights here. Beautiful rooms, well appointed with great bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent and well served by a charming waiter. High standard of care from all staff including recommendations for restaurants and importantvenues

This property is faded and gloomy and is actually in a rather scruffy area in the north of the Santa Cruz district. Compared with so many boutique hotels we have stayed in, it was poor value for money (they even charge an extra 12€ each for breakfast) My advice would be to look for a similar price hotel around the cathedral itself.
For a hotel to truly describe itself as “boutique” it needs more than simply to have been the home of a famous flamenco guitarist. It needs a total refresh, sadly!

Very welcoming place. From check-in until the last moment.
Historical building, used to be home to a famous local musiciant. Good location as everything is just a walk away and not too far from the airport.
Air-conditioning, spanish breakfast and roof terrace.

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Freundliches, immer lachendes Personal! Hilfreich, stehts bemüht alle Fragen und Anliegen zu beantworten. Moderne und den Flair von sevilla gut kombiniert. Ruhig gelegen, aber doch zentral und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das älteste Restaurant nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut ????. Petit hôtel charmant, dans l’ancienne maison du guitariste Ninó Ricardo. Situé une rue très calme , il est vraiment très bien placé pour visiter Séville. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et tout parcouru à pied. La chambre était arrangée avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins et très professionnel. Un merci spécial à Maria qui parle très bien français et nous a fait profiter de nombreux conseils avec une très grande gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
