Fuimos al restaurante del hotel. Habíamos ido antes y el sitio estaba muy bien, ahora han cambiado la carta y es un poco escasa y tampoco es muy destacable la comida.

A hotel that gives you a royal feel during your stay … they welcome you with a glass of cava or champagne as is your choice on your arrival … the travel desk answers all your queries & gets your bookings sorted for you .. the breakfast is wide spread .. you will surely feel tired from eating so much .. & has a wonderful rooftop restaurant to enjoy the view of the Hiralda towers & the church at night while you sip your drink to your heart’s content

Lovely hotel and the staff are wonderful.

Great buffet breakfast. Location is excellent. The rooftop bar and restaurant have amazing views across the city.

The negative was the air con didn’t work and opening the window meant being kept awake by the hourly church bells, street cleaners and foot traffic.

Nos tenian que haber preguntado si queriamos dos camas o una de matrimonio(que lo somos),Es una tontería pero pondría escobilla en el wc. Pocos enchufes,ruidos de "servicio" de limpieza y clientes demasiado temprano entre 7 y 8 AM

Hotell was fine and on fine spot.
BUT service at evning was por????
No service after 23.oo
6 floor bar cloust for bad wether and ground floor bar did not service drinks to tables after 23.00, even if food was coming out if kitchen☹️☹️☹️☹️ and many table was free.
Wanted to clean early????
No service at all????

Nice hotel in the middle of the city, good parking and friendly reception staff. However roofbar closed on a Friday evening due to "bad weather", they have indoor seating and several customers coming up the elevators without even a sign in the lobby. Lobby restaurant very crowded and impossible to find a table for a drink, unfriendly service in the bar. Hotel guests not appreciated. Do not expect any bar/restaurant service after 23.30 on a friday.

Loved the location, the service and quality. Plus pet friendly. We stayed only for one night during christmas break, it was a short walk to the christmas lightshows in town. Very convenient. We will definitely return.

Muy buena opción para quedarte cuando visitas Sevilla y más si vas en pareja. Hotel precioso, maravillosa atención en general, las habitaciones muy cómodas y equipadas. Servicio atento y una terraza espectacular. De lo mejor el desayuno, encargados muy atentos y un espacio muy acogedor. Volvere seguro.

Hotel cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Habitación correcta, aunque cama de matrimonio pequeña. Baño, ducha, lo que se puede esperar de un hotel que ya tiene años, sin ninguna queja. Anécdota negativa. En la nevera todas las botellitas de licor vacías. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación no fue correcto después del anterior huésped. Lo que se solucionó de forma inmediata pero es una nota negativa.

Top service, vriendelijk personeel en een geweldige locatie met mooie rooftopbar. Kamers zijn lekker ruim. Klein minpuntje vonden wij de bedden. Die zijn behoorlijk smal. Maar als we ooit terugkomen boeken we zeker dit hotel weer.
