Situated not far from Macarena arch and the Parliament building.
Lots of bars and restaurants close by.
Friendly helpful staff on reception, had an issue with my TV and ot was promptly fixed.
Outside pool but didn't use as it was cold. Due to the time of year. Lots of sun loungers outside.
Cafe bar onsite.
Breakfast €14, I decided not to go for this as eating a vegan diet currently, however lady on reception said she could inform the chef if I decided I did want to opt for it, which wS much appreciated.
I managed to book the Palace of Alcazar entrance through reception despite it saying it was sold out online so I was happy about this.
Room lighting was not bright enough.
Nice hot bath.
Looked clean however found a dark black short course hair in sink and bath.
Would of been good to of had more then 2 TV channels in English.
Comfy large bed.
Hotel con encanto, buena atención del personal, parking en planta baja pero solo para coches pequeños ya que el acceso esta muy complicado.
Desayuno con buffet libre, también tiene piscina en la planta de arriba.
