El personal, agradable y eficiente. El hotel muy bueno, en Un zona tranquila peto cerca del centro y con zonas de restauración. Cerca de la estación del AVE. Sin duda volveremos

Drei Sterne wären gerechtfertigt 4 Sterne sind stark übertrieben. Aber bei den aufgerufenen Preisen könnte man meinen dass man tatsächlich ein 4 Sterne Standard hätte. Überteuert. Service ist schwach tagsüber gibt es nicht einmal einen Kaffee hier. Aus der Maschine und kostet auch gleich mal 3,50 €.
Es ist alles super hellhörig man versteht jedes Wort was auf dem Flur gesprochen wird auch im Zimmer.

Limpieza extraordinaria staff muy atento y amigable. Lo único que habría cambiado hubiese sido que las camas fuesen matrimoniales y no dos individuales y que las puertas al cerrar hacen mucho ruido, desde tu habitación escuchas al resto de gente en el pasillo salir,pero nada, el hotel espectacular. Great large modern hotel within walking distance from Santa Justa Station and the big attractions in the old part of Sevilla. We booked a Deluxe room with balcony that overlooked a courtyard with a fountain. You also look at bedrooms all around this but didn't bother us. Funny to see the pool through the glass on the rooftop. Great bed and bathroom just a shame there was no tea of coffee in rooms but we did have a proper mini bar with chargeable nibbles too. The wonder of the bedroom was how on earth do they clean/vacuum/mop the floors due to the material used? That was a little disconcerting as there were many marks.
I was brave enough to use the pool. This would be a great bonus in warmer weather but would probably get very busy as it's not huge. Location was surprising as there are many bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel. We thought we would have to walk a little to find somewhere to eat but easy. This hotel is a great option for just outside old town areas but I would advise they change the floor in the bedrooms.

Emplacement très central, on peut tout faire à pied de l'hôtel.
Les chambres sont modernes, bien agencées et les matelas de très bonne qualité !
Le petit déjeuner varié et de qualité
Le personnel de l'accueil est sympa et arrangeant.
Petit plus... la piscine sur le toit terrasse avcec une vue panoramique :)
