J'ai récemment acheté un collier chez Ravior et j'ai eu une expérience extraordinaire ! Le service à la clientèle a été exceptionnel : amical, attentif et compétent. Ravi, le propriétaire, a pris le temps de m'aider à trouver la pièce parfaite, et je ne pourrais pas être plus satisfaite de mon bijou. L'artisanat et la qualité sont remarquables. Je recommande vivement Ravior à tous ceux qui recherchent des bijoux de belle facture et une expérience d'achat fantastique !

I recently ordered a gold pendant from Ravior, and I am very pleased with the entire experience. I had a specific model in mind, and they delivered exactly what I was looking for. The design was quite unique and I know I could trust Ravior with it.

Great communication and support also from the team. Josh made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. I also appreciated the extra effort Ravior put into crafting the jewel before I left, ensuring I received it on time.

EDIT: Just to say that I bought from here again and they were just as amazing as the first time. The service has been fantastic via WhatsApp with high quality products and trustworthy customer service (which is essential when I can't see the products in person as I live in the UK). I used the bespoke jewellery service and the results were exceptional (despite being vague about my requirements).

I live in the UK and wanted to buy a present for someone in Mauritius - and Ravior was perfect! I spent a while researching gifts, jewelry, etc. websites in Mauritius and Ravior was easily head and shoulders over anything else I had seen in terms of quality and uniqueness.

Most importantly, their customer service was also fantastic - Josh was amazing! We spent over a week exchanging messages on WhatsApp sending photos for different options and a couple of phone calls. There was no pressure from Josh to buy - just to give good customer service. Even when (despite Josh being amazingly quick with his responses) I sometimes took a day to respond due to work.

Josh also arranged for delivery so I could keep the gift as a surprise and was happy to make any adjustments for sizes - although luckily the jewelry was perfect!

They absolutely loved it! They also recognised the Ravior brand straight away and knew it was something special.

So if you live in Mauritius - or someone from outside Mauritius wanting to buy a gift for someone in Mauritius - Ravior really is the perfect option!

EDIT: I also notice that a small number of reviews mention that Revior is expensive.

Firstly, they have a range of prices.
Secondly, I looked at other similar jewelry from the UK and it was similarly priced (if not better).
Thirdly, you can't really put a price on unique, high quality jewelry that will be treasured for a lifetime (and great customer service).
