Thank you for sharing your feedback for your stay at our resort. We certainly pay attention to our customer’s feedbacks and are very appreciative for your comments as it will prove very useful to help enhance our existing standards. On another note, we notice that the root cause of your dissatisfaction is based on the room category. We would like to clarify that you were attributed the room category you booked through your agency, which also match your hotel voucher. Despite the check-in time being at 14H00, you were attributed the room at 12H30 after the cleaning process completed. That being said, as a 5 star hotel we never jeopardise the image of our hotel by not respecting the booking agreement with all our partners/customers. It is quite unfair to qualify the hotel as average as we did our level best to provide you with stellar service. We cannot comment further on this subject as your review does not reflect the image of our resort, and the other reviews speak for themselves.
