Wir möchten uns noch einmal für diesen wundervollen Urlaub bedanken.
Nachdem wir erst nicht ganz so zufrieden waren, habt ihr die Kritik angenommen und alles versucht, dass wir die perfekte Flitterwochen bekommen. Das habt ihr geschafft! Vom Hotel aus hatten wir auch eine private Süd/West Tour gebucht. Auch diese war mit ganz vielen tollen Infos und auf unseren Wünschen abgestimmt. TOLL!

Wir können von Herzen das Hotel und vor allem das Personal empfehlen. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit mit vielen atemberaubenden Erinnerungen.

Also, von Herzen eine dicke Empfehlung!

We would like to thank you again for this wonderful holiday.

After we were not quite so satisfied, you accepted the criticism and tried everything to make sure that we get the perfect honeymoon. You did it! From the hotel we had also booked a private south/west tour. This was also with a lot of great information and tailored to our wishes. GREAT!

We can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and above all the staff. We had a wonderful time with many breathtaking memories.
So, a big recommendation from the bottom of my heart!

This is an interesting resort. From the moment you arrive it's very inviting and the staff are very welcoming. You are delivered to your room via golf cart. The property is pristine. After seeing the property, you would assume the room was to match. Our room was at the end right by the road. You could hear every single car and motorcycle. The bed had a mattress and a lumpy mattress topper. If you performed a bed bug search prior to hopping into the bed then you would notice the dirty stained mattress. Once we settled into our room, our room phone rang. It was a gentleman telling us he didn't see us at some talk they had. We told him we only just arrived. Fast forward now to later in the evening when we were stopped by two men, one of whom had called the phone earlier. They were quite pushy like salesmen trying to book you on excursions through the hotel. The prices clearly the double if you were to go book something yourself. The entire time you are on the property various staff stop to speak with you and are extremely friendly until they try their sales pitch again. At breakfast, while eating, the waitress may come over to make small talk and ask about your trip but not before she is pushing to reserve a lobster dinner for you the next night. The entire stay is like a timeshare sales pitch. You are never quiet because as soon as you finish with one staff member another one finds you. Perhaps they work off of commission and that's why they are so aggressive about it. Either way, we wouldn't stay here again. For the same price you can stay at a comparable resort with nicer rooms and less sales pitches.

Excellent hotel with great bars and restaurants. The rooms were laid out well and amenities were good. Some things need to be stocked manually like water and coffee, but this is due to the hotel's initiative to be more green which is understandable.

The pools are fantastic with enough loungers and little compartments to sit and suntan in. The beach is across the road but this ended up not being a problem at all. Awesome stay and highly recommended, despite the resort itself not being directly on the beach.
