Déçue.
- Problèmes au Check-in ET au check-out sans aucune raison claire, on a dû attendre (avec 1 toddler et 1 bébé de 3 mois).
- le berceau n'était pas prévu dans la chambre, il a fallu demander.
- pas de table à langer ni baignoire disponibles
- souris la nuit dans la chambre, cafard vu près du pain au resto
- aucun endroit où s'asseoir pour apprécier la programmation musicale le soir si on ne consomme pas au Shores
- pas très pratiquable avec poussette

I stayed here 12 years ago when it first opened and I couldn’t fault it, so wanted to treat my family to a stay here.
We had a few issues on check-in, however, on hearing my complaints, the guest relations manager Dolores went above and beyond to ensure the rest of our stay was amazing. The service at this hotel is first rate! They really want you to have a great experience. Samia and Jenny at breakfast were particularly helpful and friendly.
It has a great pool for kids and a lovely atmosphere. As well as a beautiful beach, which we loved spending time on.
If you have any issues, just speak up and they’ll take care of everything, which is all you can ask of any hotel.
Just be aware, there is no free water at dinner, which we were surprised about for a 5* hotel. But I guess we’re used to getting free tap water in Europe.
That said, I’ll definitely be back, as we had a great time. And my nephews loved the golf buggies that took you around!
