The hotel is not worth 4 stars at all !
We checked in at 15pm but got our room after 1hr30mins and our luggage after two hours. At 17:30, we were told that the mini fridge in our room was empty, thus they would be stocking the items in a few. Lol it was stocked at 10pm ! It only contained two bottles of water and one coke.
The staffs might be friendly but they are not that good at their work; asked for a mojito, he gave me simply rhum with mint leaves and lemon ! They mispalced orders. Also, they do not provide you with all the information when you asked them a question. For instance, we were told that we have to pay an additional rs50 par item if we want to iron our clothes as the hotel does not provide any iron for free. We had 8 items in total which should have been rs400 (8*50). It was only when we are checking out that we got to know that we have to pay rs150 extra because the rs400 was TAX excluded. We were never told by any of the staff that we have to pay more than 30% tax. We paid rs550 in total. They even forgot to give us cards for towels. Got them after one day
Pas fini, the television and phone were not working in our room. We told the staffs to please see into it as we want to relax and watch the tv
However, nothing was done even tho we complained abt it four times !

Lack of security in the hotel. After checkout from our room, they took all our luggages to a common luggage room where everyone can get access to anyone's belonging without even have camera in that room. We lost Rs 5000 which was in our bag and when we reported to the Customer Service in charge, and after few days of investigation all they could say was that they do not have enough evidence so they are closing the case.
We indeed had a good stay in the hotel but this lack of security in the hotel and dishonesty from the hotel staff / Managemt make us wonder if we can return to that hotel ever again!!

Chaque année je viens a lotel avec la famille. Les employers sont très gentilles et bien acceuillant. Je remercie specialement Madame Dini et Monsieur Sam pour tout ce que Vous avez fait j'ai bien apprecié. Bonne continuation.

Les équipes sont très sympas, toujours dispos et prêtes à rendre service même si l’efficacité n’est pas toujours au rendez-vous (personnel parfois inexpérimenté ; problème de recrutement ?).
Le cadre est paradisiaque, la zone, présentée comme ventée, offre l’avantage qu’il y fait toujours beau (généralement plus qu’ailleurs sur l’ile), l’environnement est tranquille (pas de DJ jusqu’au bout de la nuit !). Peut paraître un peu excentré des zones d’intérêt de l’ile, mais c’est un choix que nous avons fait (nous avons loué une voiture).
Un point d’amélioration à l’attention des propriétaires, une déception sur l’entretien des chambres : chasse d’eau défectueuse, liseuse HS, portes qui grincent, robinetterie mal pensée qui bute sur des miroirs trop bas… Ça ne fait pas très sérieux et c’est franchement en décalage avec le reste des prestations.
