A Delightful Stay with Room for Improvement
I recently enjoyed a stay in a 1BHK suite with a private pool at this resort, and overall, it was a happy experience.
The room was impeccably clean upon check-in, which is always a great start. The suite was spacious and the private pool was the cherry on top - pure relaxation.
However, there were a couple of areas where I felt the experience could be improved. The doors at the back veranda were a little faulty, which meant the sound of the wind was a constant presence throughout the night. It was a bit unsettling and detracted from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.
The staff were kind and professional, but everything we ordered or requested seemed to take quite a while - typically between 30 and 60 minutes. A little more promptness would have been appreciated.
I must admit, I was a bit disappointed with the check-in and check-out process. I was expecting a warm, 5-star welcome, but instead, we were greeted fairly simply and ushered straight into the process. The check-out felt quite impersonal, akin to leaving a restaurant. There was no parting gift or souvenir, which is something I've come to expect from resorts of this caliber. It was a matter of paying the balance, a card swipe, and a simple goodbye. I say this from my experience where I used to stay in similar star resorts where my org prefers.
Despite these critiques, I would still consider returning for the overall comfort and serenity of the place. I do hope they take these points into consideration for future guests.

The food was delicious and varied, with something to please everyone.
The service was attentive and friendly, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay.
The hospitality was top-notch, and I felt very welcome and cared for throughout my stay.
The gym was well-equipped and had everything I needed to get a good workout.
The beach was not my favorite, but the resort's solution of offering trips to a nearby beach was a great compromise.
Overall, I would rate this Hotel 4/5

Stunning location, beautiful suites, excellent food
Provided us an early check in which I was very grateful, I had issues with the service during the stay, the general manager intervened when he heard I was not happy and made it his duty to make my remaining stay comfortable.
I genuinely think if the service improves it can be a great hotel,
Also very grateful for the extended complimentary late checkout, meant we didn’t have to sit in airport for 7 hours before our flight so thank you for that
