Very good hotel,so cozy and beautiful,beautiful experience,very delicious food,hanaifah is the best cooker of all

Wow, an absolute gem of a resort. True to the Four Seasons experience. Private rooms with ample space, a splash pool, backyard outdoor shower and front garden which led to the beach. Loved the welcome home by staff when we checked in. The food at the Indian restaurant was excellent, kudos to the chef and staff there. Was a tad disappointed with the breakfast offerings which tended to be the same everyday, but the service from staff and management was par excellence. The property itself is a dream. However, it is quite a distance from Port Louis and Grand Baie so I would recommend hiring a car for a day trip. It’s worth the time. I would definitely go back but would book with the breakfast option only and pay for meals at the restaurants on site. Thank you to all the lovely, gracious employees who made our stay memorable. ♥️

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Four Seasons Hotel Elegant zu übernachten und ich kann nur sagen, dass es meinen Erwartungen in vielerlei Hinsicht gerecht geworden ist.

Die Eleganz des Hotels ist unverkennbar, schon beim Betreten der Lobby wird man von einem atemberaubenden Ambiente empfangen. Das gesamte Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und strahlt eine zeitlose Eleganz aus.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie waren stets bemüht, unser Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Egal ob es um Empfehlungen für Restaurants in der Umgebung ging oder um zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten in der Villa - das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und professionell.

Die Villa 303 selbst war großzügig geschnitten und luxuriös ausgestattet. Alles war makellos sauber und die Betten waren äußerst bequem. Auch das Badezimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war geräumig und mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet.

Ein Highlight meines Aufenthalts war zweifellos der hervorragende Service. Das Frühstück wurde in einem eleganten Speisesaal serviert und bot eine vielfältige Auswahl an frischen Speisen und Getränken. Das Personal war stets aufmerksam und sorgte für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend.

Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt im Four Seasons Hotel Elegant eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Von der eleganten Atmosphäre über den exzellenten Service bis hin zur luxuriösen Ausstattung der Villa - dieses Hotel hat definitiv seinen Ruf als erstklassige Unterkunft verdient. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon darauf, bei meinem nächsten Besuch wieder dort zu übernachten.

We’ve had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We saw reviews about the food being average but that was far from the truth. The restaurants, staff, food, and hotel in general has been fantastic. The Italian is superb! All staff from the restaurants through to the water sports and house keeping made us feel incredibly welcome and relaxed. Thanks for a great stay. The private beach on the remote island is also fantastic!
