Nous avons passé la semaine dernière dans une villa sur la plage j’avais fait la même réservation il y a une dizaine d’années rien n’a changé aucune rénovation
Les prises électriques ne marche pas nous avons eu des problèmes avec la douche et la moustiquaire qui ne fonctionnait pas
Mais il y a plus grave ma femme c’est fait voler un sac Chanel et une paire de chaussures Gucci
La direction nous a dit être désolé…
Je suppose que cela doit arriver fréquemment..
Si vous devez séjourner dans cette établissement je vous déconseille les objets de marques
Absolument incroyable dans un établissement de cette gamme de prix

They made our experience special starting from the most easiest and fastest check-in process, their friendly staff and wonderful services! The place is amazing.

They have various free water activities, variety of food in 6 restaurants, extraordinary spa and gym. They also have complementary daily activities!

I would definitely revisit this place again ✨!

I have never seen like this hotel. Even it is huge hotel and I requested get a buggy the day before yesterday the buggy didn’t come on time every time. When the buggy came they didn’t know where they need to go. Really unbelievable the hotel.

Location is good. Rooms are really nice. Its just bit disgusting when I found out house keeping team come unannounced to clean second time at evening. Being unaware, we were in hurry and left bag open where we had our dollars ( our national currency were as is it )and powerbank. Which were stolen. We always chose to stay with such brand knowing loyalty to visitors and respect. Not at all recommended. This incident happened 13th Nov evening
