Naturally beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to assist you with your queries, make your time enjoyable and fun.
Rooms are comfortable with all the necessary facilities, lovely views over the Indian Ocean and beech
Staff are very helpful & helped us sort our family bedroom request, plan our day trips and find lovely restaurants to try out local cuisine
The freshly made omelettes with chilli were a real hit with the family as were the variety of fresh teas.
They had an offer for the massage and we thoroguhly enjoyed and appreciated being pampered in the beautiful relaxing rooms by the spa team
The one suggestion I have is to train the staff in the Bar on how to make cocktails, mix liquors and spirits to make enjoyable drinks.
Maybe provide them with a quick guide sheet/ reference sheet to support them would be beneficial.
This would be beneficial at their sister hotel down the road too - Tropical attitude.

D’une propreté irréprochable.
L’équipe de cuisiniers / cuisinière est des plus agréable et fournissent un travail de très bonne qualité, je vous conseille de prendre 1 langouste grillée pendant votre séjour, le prix est très démocratique et ils n’en font pas assez la publicité, il y a bien sûr un supplément par rapport au all in.
Le Spa est également de très bonne qualité avec d’excellents conseils des thérapeutes.
Le service de taxis proposé par l’hôtel fait l’objet d’un tarif fixe affiché au lobby et les taximens sont également très orientés service (merci Ravin).
Pour vos excursions en mer n’hésitez pas à prendre contact avec Michael ( à gauche sur la plage quand vous êtes face à la mer). Ses prix sont très honnêtes et les services proposés qualitatifs.
Votre commentaire élogieux nous touche beaucoup et nous vous remercions d’avoir choisi noter hôtel pour votre voyage.
