Un rajeunissement s’impose !
Les chambres , les équipements tout a besoin d’un coup de neuf .
Heureusement le personnel est merveilleux.,
Il y’a une réelle volonté de tous de résoudre les petits désagréments avec gentillesse et professionnalisme.

C’est avec beaucoup de bonheur que nous lisons que vos vacances ont été exceptionnelles notamment grâce à la gentillesse de tous les ambassadeurs qui ont su être à la hauteur de vos attentes, à tous les niveaux.
Vos remarques, importantes dans l’amélioration de notre hôtel, seront prises en compte.

We had a great stay in Mauritius. The hotel experience was also overall good barring a few things-
Pros:
1. The room is designed well. Much better than the pics. Has 2 entrances. One that goes to the main area of the hotel. The second backyard entry opened out to the beach. The beach obviously was gorgeous
2. The restaurant had good food on the menu especially sea food.
3. The SPA staff is great. They were warm, welcoming and just the right amount of chatty. Had a lovely spa experience with my daughter.
4. It's located in the natural / wild side of Mauritius.
Cons:
1. On day 1 itself there was leakage from the ceiling which wet all of my son's clothes as his bag was right below the spot that started leaking. The staff offered to iron all his clothes to dry them up. But I preferred to just put them up to dry in the room which was an unsightly 2 days.
2. The manager kept squirming every time he ran into us (still not sure why).
3. The restaurant staff wasn't as warm as one would expect at a highly rated resort, especially when you have two young children.
4. The Indian options at the restaurant were minimal and not so great. Had a terrible experience with alu paratha. So you'll be good only if you're ok to have continental cuisine 3 times a day.
5. You cannot connect your phone to the TV or the Bose speakers (which they gloat about). The speakers were actually useless considering they didn't connect to anything. So my son was deprived of all screen time throughout our stay there.

Der erste Eindruck war sehr schön, und der Empfang von Pradeep sehr herzlich. Wir waren von dem Empfang sehr begeistert.
Im Anschluss wurden wir mit einem Buggy abgeholt und in die Rezeption gebracht, wo wir sehr herzlich von Raj empfangen wurden. Er war im laufe des Aufenthalts sehr aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Noch nie so eine Aufmerksamkeit und respektvolle Art eines Rezeptionist erlebt, er hat uns den Aufenthalt echt versüßt.
Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, nur die Bettumrandung war etwas umständlich mit dem Einstieg ins Bett. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was ein 5 Sterne Hotel zu bieten hatte. Es fehlten leider etwas mehr Kleiderbügel. Ich denke hätten wir bei Raj nachgefragt nach Kleiderbügel hätte er welche besorgt. Was uns trotzdem nicht gestört hat.
Im Verlaufe des Aufenthalts erhielten wir von unserem sympathischen Buggyfahrer Vijesh einige Tipps wo wir hingehen können, er hat uns sogar aus seinem eigenen Garten Früchte mitgebracht. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist ausgezeichnet.
An dieser Stelle möchten wir uns bei Pradeep, Vijesh für die Früchte bedanken. Sie gaben uns Papaja, Magnos und Marajua. Alles einheimische was die Saison zu bieten hatte. Das war sehr nett. Danke
Die Zimmerreinigung (Vanessa) war sehr gut. Sie legte sogar unsere Wäsche zusammen. Danke hierfür Vanessa.
Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Der Service ebenso.
Dinesh war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat uns immer gut um uns gekümmert.
Der Spabereich ist ein definitives Musthave. Ein Besuch wert.
Das einzige was etwas störend war, ist der Wind am Strand. Das Hotel befindet sich auf der Windseite der Insel.
Wir empfehlen das Hotel jedem weiter, der Ruhe vom Alltag brauch.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach with view of the beautiful reef break of bel Ombre. The rooms have a very unique and amaaaazing design! Delicious food, Friendly staff, great atmosphere!
The entire property is car-free, longer distances are travelled in electro-buggies.
