Tout d'abord, en arrivant dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel, vous êtes baigné dans un cadre luxuriant. Les espaces verts ne sont plus de simples espaces verts mais un merveilleux jardin. Bravo à l'équipe de jardiniers pour cette réalisation.
La chambre était très spacieuse, face à la mer, et le personnel de chambre le plus discret possible.
Merci également à l'équipe des voituriers toujours disponibles et prêts à distiller de bons conseils.
Une restauration très variée et savoureuse où l'accueil est super. Mention spéciale à Levi pour son professionnalisme et ses conseils. Au bar nous avons profité des superbes cocktails et petits tuyaux donnés par Linley. Merci ! Merci aussi à Raj pour sa gentillesse. On oublie forcément beaucoup de personnes tant il y en a à citer !

Absolutely loved it. The remoteness and spaciouqness of each suite and connection to nature (outdoor shower and spa bath!). The spa, hammam with cold plunge and beautiful long beach for walks is magical. The cosmopolitans ain't bad either ????

تجربتي في السوفتيل فيها ايجابيات وسلبيات
اولاً الخدمه عندهم رائعه جداً الموظفين خدومين وبشوشين و فيه شخص اسمه راج حريص على انك تكون مرتاح بالاقامه وكل شي جربت السبا عندهم خيال التصميم وسط الطبيعه ومايستخدمون الموسيقى لا تسترخي على انغام الطبيعه عندهم ادريانو مختص بالمساج والجيم رهيب جداً ، تقسيم الغرف ممتاز لكن السلبيات كالتالي : اولاً مافيه شطاف بالحمام وهذا الشي اللي سبب لي انزعاج ممن اول مادخلت والاكل بعد يفتقر للنظافه خيارات البوفيه محدوده الصباح مالك الا البيض المسبح صغير ماعنده خدمات صح اسمتعت لكن ما اكرر الزياره .

Very clean room, friendly people especially Avikesh he’s awesome man and helpful.
