SO SOFITEL MAURITIUS

Un message bien tardif pourtant promis à Raj lors de notre séjour en septembre 2022, l'un de nos plus beaux voyages à mes deux enfants et moi-même. Le personnel exemplaire, les plages sublimes, l'hotel agréable. Gros coup de coeur pour ce voyage innoubliable: love Ile Maurice :)

Première visite à Maurice et du coup pas la dernière, séjour inoubliable !! Surtout avec un service irréprochable et d’une gentillesse à en faire palir beaucoup d’autres pays surtout Européen, les 5* sont largement méritée, les Mojitos de Sylvio à tomber par terre. Soins spa très varié et excellent

The hotel is very nice, and the rooms would be very nice if they were in mint condition, but they show their age - could use some serious renovations. Because of that it looks like it's not 100% clean, but the actual cleanliness is good.

Staff is excellent and so very welcoming, if anything I had to make good use of the DND sign often as the staff were frequently inquiring about any help I might need (at least twice a day, morning with cleaning and evening with additional checks and water refills). Everyone is extremely kind and helpful.

Restaurant and bar prices are very high, even for hotel standards, and there are no shops or locations to eat nearby, so take that into account.

Location is gorgeous, and this is a good home base for sightseeing excursions for the south of the island, provided you get a car or have a guide/driver (there is taxi service at the hotel, I have not tested it though).

Also, no ATM on the grounds - you can pay for everything with a card though.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est fantastique ! Accès direct à la plage (vraiment)
Le personnel est très attentionné.
Les chambres sont très bien équipées même si la déco mériterait d'être réactualisée.
