Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par l'attention et l'attention du personnel pendant notre séjour.

Beyond shock by the poor service. I called trying to book a villa and was told to call again another day because no one could take my booking at this stage. Asked to talk to someone in the management and was told once more that no one was in today. It's beyond me.

Das Hotel ist von der Anlage her wunderschön. Das Hotel hat einen super schönen und gepflegten Garten direkt am Strand.
Da es sehr abgelegen von anderen Hotels ist, hat man den Strand für sich allein.
Wir waren gerade (Ende September) dort.
Um am Strand zu liegen, war es leider zu kalt. Wir sind dann nach Le Morne an den Strand gefahren. Dort war es immer deutlich wärmer.
Die Zimmer des Hotels sind sehr schön.
Die meisten Kellner sind sehr freundlich, leider nur ein bisschen unorganisiert.
Öfter musste man selbst an die Getränke erinnern oder diese kamen fast nach dem Essen an.
Über einen Kellner dort ärgere ich mich besonders.
Er wollte mir täglich nach mehrmaliger freundlicher Nachfrage keine Apfelschorle bringen.
Alle anderen Kellner haben mir immer Apfelschorle zum Frühstück gebracht.
Er brachte nicht mal das Getränk als eine andere Kellnerin ihn darum bat. Er ignorierte es mehrfach.
Apfelschorle von diesem Kellner zum Frühstück habe ich also nie erhalten!
Sehr schade, die anderen Kellner sind sehr bemüht und freundlich!

Przepiękny hotel, niezwykła obsługa, wspaniałe jedzenie
L'accueil à l'arrivée a été exceptionnel, vous êtes vite mis dans le jus et comprenez rapidement qu'ils sont là pour VOUS !!
L'hospitalité est parfaite, le personnel est exceptionnel, l'hygiène est irréprochable, le service est rapide et à la hauteur de leur image.
Les repas sont copieux et sont adaptés à tous les goûts.
Les activités sont personnalisés selon la demande.
Le Spa est une expérience de détente de rêve!!
Je tiens à remercier individuellement chaque membre du personnel, en commençant par Divya, Raj, Rakesh, Vanessa, Marie Michel, Rajiv, Kovilen, Jamy, Senjana, Linley, Sylvio, Steven; j'espère n'avoir oublié personne.
Je recommande fortement !!
