PINGOUIN CAR RENTAL

We met the representative at the Pingouin office, Kaylash who completed the paper work, noted any pre existing issues and provided us with the information we needed. Kaylash was also easy to contact during our holiday for any general queries regarding the car.

The car itself was good. It was easy to drive and up to date with technology, service etc.. Fuel was excellent and the overall driving experience was enjoyable.

We met Souhaib on arrival, he checked the car and was very friendly. We talked about the car and how convenient it is for a holiday. Souhaib was knowledgeable about it and other cars in general he appreciated the important details that make a good experience. Souhaib already knew about the service history, mileage, etc.. without looking at any documentation. He answered our final queries very well and signed off.

I am due to receive a partial refund for SIM cards which were not available on arrival (we made other arrangements in the end) I am told the transaction has been processed so I look forward to receiving the payment.

Overall a very good experience.

Rented the budget car and it was truly that. Received an unhelpful and rude WhatsApp when I asked to extend car rental by 1 extra day due to weather. Would not recommend in future.

Réservation par internet facile, bureau retrait des voitures accessible facilement. Accueil passable, nous avions réservé un siège bébé et un carte sim en plus de la voiture . 1h d'attente pour le siège auto car les 2 modèles dispo cassés ! Carte sim indispo mais le loueur d'à côté en avait pour 23e au lieu de 15 (une combine surement bien rodée pour gagner un peu plus)
Le véhicule n'avait pas le plein ( 450kms possible alors que quand je suis passé à la pompe j'avais 680 même si la jauge semblait pleine ). Mauvaise communication avec l'agent qui DU COUP ne comprenait plus bien le francais ni l'anglais ... Le véhicule était dans un état de propreté " normal " mais l'état des lieux est déjà fait par le loueur sans notre présence et la voiture présentait beaucoup d'accrocs extérieurs et intérieurs.
Pensez à prendre des photos ou filmez en faisant le tour du véhicule .
Restitution ok pas de souci

Booked a car with these just a couple of weeks before arriving, they were considerably cheaper than other places with fully comp insurance included and held no security deposit. Discovered on the paperwork a few days in to the hire that they’d given us an upgrade from a 21 plate to a 23 plate. No queue when we arrived, and we were in the car and out of the airport within 30 minutes. Car was perfect for what we needed, spotlessly clean and got us around the island safely. Returning the car was quick and easy, and there was no hidden or additional charges to what we paid. We also purchased the travel sim with them and had no issues with that either. Great service and will use again when I return!
