Traumhafte Erfahrung!

Wir waren 2 Wochen im JW Mauritius und haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Besonderen Dank geht an Sylvestre der sich um wirklich alles gekümmert hat und mit mir meinen Antrag geplant und vorbereitet hat. Mitarbeiter wie Sylvestre sind für ein Hotel der Klasse essenziell. Ich weis nicht wie viel er verdient aber aufgrund der Arbeit die er für uns getan hat hoffe ich, dass das Hotel solche Mitarbeiter gut bezahlt.

Wir möchten auch dem Strandverkäufer Semrow besten Dank aussprechen für alle Tipps und seine herzliche Art.

Wir haben alle Restaurants getestet und fanden das Simply India am besten. Außerdem hat uns auch das Atsuko sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und man wurde immer mit Namen begrüßt. Der Service ist überall sehr gut.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au JW en septembre. Les installations sont superbes (chambres spacieuses, plage magnifique), les restaurants nous font voyager les papilles, et le petit déjeuner les pieds dans le sable est un rêve devenu réalité ! Nous souhaitons remercier les équipes pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur bienveillance, tout le monde a été aux petits soins et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison ! Spéciale mention à Archi pour ses petites attentions, à Prachan et Arvesh pour nous avoir fait découvrir de délicieux cocktails, à Bria et Istika pour leurs sourires au petit déjeuner, et sans oublier Priya et toute l’équipe de la réception, conciergerie et majordome !

My recent stay at the JW Marriott left me absolutely enchanted. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the sheer beauty of the location and the exceptional experience it offered.

The accommodations were simply sublime. The oceanfront suite on the groundfloor was a haven of elegance with a touch of local charm. The private terrace provided the perfect spot to watch breathtaking sunsets over the sea.

However, what truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff were not just attentive but genuinely warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our stay exceptional, from arranging dinners to assisting with water sports and ensuring my every comfort.

The dining experience was a culinary journey. The resort's restaurants offered a diverse range of exquisite dishes, from local delicacies to international cuisine. The seafood was exceptionally fresh, and every meal was a delight for the taste buds.

In summary, this resort in Mauritius is a true paradise. The natural beauty, luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and unforgettable dining experiences make it the perfect getaway.
