PARADISE ????
- rooms were spacious and nice
- food variety whether breakfast buffet or dinner restaurants, were amazing!
- the beach side (especially during sunset) and the sea color were breathtaking
- the water activities were average
- nothing special about the service

I had a great experience at this hotel. The stretch of beach is calm, serene and beautiful and the backdrop of Le Morne mountain is just stunning. The rooms were great, really clean and had everything and more than you could need - and best of all, they all had a beach view. All the staff I met were kind and tried to be helpful - some of the service was a bit disjointed but nothing that spoilt my day in any way. If you want to explore the island, which I very much did, you will need a car (or be prepared to pay a lot on taxi fees). The location of this hotel is somewhat secluded, balanced by the beautiful stretch of beach it is on, but if you don’t want to spend all your time in the resort you will need a car. I felt I had the perfect balance! And as a single female traveller, I felt very safe at this hotel.

To be honest they upgraded our room also the stuff are friendly and very welcoming and they upgrade our room but the hotel have a Very bad services
It’s the second worst 5-star hotel I’ve ever been in in my life
I was in the Oberoi before it’s a huuuuuge difference. I was so upset and unlucky to split my stay here and there
I stayed almost a whole day with no hot water while I have a baby!!
And no serious action was taken I waited form 6:40 to 8:00 because they said they will send someone to solve the issue
And when I backed at night nothing has changed!!
Next day I asked them for late check out until 12:15 instead of 11:00 just to pray and they refused also !!!

Hotel przewyższył moje oczekiwania jedzenie na najwyższym poziomie ,lokalizacja ???? piękny widok na górę Le More ,plaża rajska .Pokoje przestronne każdy ma widok na morze ,łóżko skierowane w stronę morza,cudowny widok po przebudzeniu się rano.Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie ,imprezy organizowane na plaży rewelacja ???? ????polecam na pewno wrócę ????
The views of Le Morne Mountain were breathtaking and added to the serene, luxurious experience. A special thanks to Benoit and the lovely team for their warm hospitality. We truly love it here and can’t wait to return for another perfect getaway!
