ESPLANADE

이 아파트먼트를 만난 것은 우리 가족에게 행운이었습니다 처음 모리셔스에 도착해서 만난 숙소였습니다 넓고 깨끗하고 신식의 이 아파트먼트를 저희 남편은 정말 너무 좋아했습니다 방마다 있는 화장실과 욕실은 더욱 더 편하게 해주는 것이었습니다 저희 숙소는 그라운드 플로어에 있었고 위층이 아니어서 처음은 아쉬웠으나 다음날 낮에 보니 그라운드 플로어인것이 더욱 즐거웠습니다 정원과 비치에 나가기 편리했고 비치 뷰도 훌륭했습니다. 곳곳에 모기향도 있어서 모기도 없었고 여러모로 너무 훌륭했습니다. 가족단위의 여행객들에게는 최고 입니다

It was lucky for my family to meet this apartment. It was our first hotel in Mauritius. My husband really loved this spacious, clean, new apartment. The bathrooms in each room made us more comfortable. Our accommodation was on the ground floor and it was unfortunate at first because it wasn't upstairs, but the next day in the daytime, I found out it was best to be on the ground floor. It was convenient to go out to the garden and the beach, and the beach view was great. There were mosquito scents everywhere, so there were no mosquitoes, and it was so great in many ways. It's great for family travelers.

We stayed at the Esplanade for 10 days.
Great place with beautiful view. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool.
Location wise is good for us with supermarkets & restaurants nearby.
We voiced out a-few things like replacement of fresh towels & cleaning service, got that fixed immediately.
Generally we feel comfortable and safe staying at Esplanade.

يوجد سوبر ماركت قريب 10 دقايق مشي وبقالة صغير اقرب منه وفيه كم مطعم قريب حوالي خمس دقايق مشي.
يعاب عليه عدم وجود شطاف بالحمام وهذا حال اغلب الأماكن موريشيوس وأيضاً تحصيل مبلغ للتأمين 400 يورو وهو مبلغ كبير جداً ويدخل على عدم وجود ثقة بين المأجر والمستأجر):

The view was the only good thing about this place. If you are a successful black traveler, expect other guests to complain about you on a daily basis. We had the most expensive suite (the penthouse) and yet we were not treated well. We were giving stained bed sheets and stained towels that the host later blamed us for. Then we were offered massage services which we paid for with a body scrub. We were not told that this body scrub contains TUMERIC which everyone knows is very staining. It was clearly a set up for them to charge us hundreds of dollars on the security deposit. And we had to buy our own laundry detergent which was in a big blue liquid bottle that they took and are now using for future guests. They even filled our dish washing soap with the blue detergent WE BOUGHT. I mean why are they cutting corners? We have stayed at better penthouses with better service. And one night we slept without A/C and we were sweating. Why did they decide to fix the a/c and other problems the day we were leaving? It seems like they had someone important checking in after us. Because even the dryer did not work. We had to air dry our clothes. Very disappointed and I’ve travelled all over the world and never got poor treatment in a PENTHOUSE in my life. We are in Africa for goodness sake. And you are treating white people better than us successful black professionals. We will not recommend this place to our high earning friends. You missed out on future money. We will take our money elsewhere ????
