Les point négatifs la piscine glacée et le manque de navettes car l'hôtel est loin des axes routiers.
Awful customer service, awful management. Everyone is constantly confused at this place, seems like nobody knows what's going on.
The location is like a prison as it is far from any main road. Flic en Flac is a 30 min drive and you cannot walk there on the coast. The only good thing is the servers at the restaurant who do their job well, everyone else at the hotel, including reception and management are very unhelpful.
The beach is dirty and small, the pool looks nice in pictures but is tiny. Even the people who give you towels are rude.
The food is subpar and highly overpriced for what you get. No including the overcharging for any extra drinks, even water.
The island is full of much better hotels that have better prices, so unless you like the golf part and thats what brings you here, I don't recommend this place at all.
